Let it be known to all servants of the Imperium of Man, both high and low, that:

having served under contract and authority of the Ordo Arbites in the Calixis Sector and having rendered extraordinary services in the investigation and resolution of numerous heretical and criminal disturbances of a psychic nature,

is hereby released from his prior assignment under the Ordo Arbites, with all formal obligations and service records transmitted to the Adeptus Administratum and Scholastia Psykana archives.

Mandate of Transfer and Appointment

By agreement of mutual parties, and under the rights and prerogatives afforded to voidborne nobles by ancient Warrant of Trade and Imperial Charter, the bearer of this Mandate is:

Appointed to the personal retinue of
Karfa von Ulm,
Heir-Presumptive of House von Ulm and Commander of the Dynastic Cruiser Ignis Aeternus,
under the authority of dynastic law and sovereign operational discretion.

Henceforth, Orion B’Salva shall serve in the designated and honored post of:

Warp Channeler of the Ignis Aeternus

and is granted a yearly purse of Thrones from the von Ulm Dynastic Treasury, with accommodation and sustenance guaranteed by shipboard decree.

This appointment is sanctioned as of 811.M41 and shall remain in force unless formally revoked by the Lord-Captain of the Ignis Aeternus, a competent representative of the Adeptus Astra Telepathica, or by writ of the Emperor’s Holy Inquisition.

Let no servant of the Imperium hinder or delay this appointment. The bearer travels and serves under lawful command.
