That from this day forth, Victor Hadrianus Von Ulm shall be recognized as Heir-Apparent to the lineage and holdings of House Von Ulm, and the rightful successor to the Von Ulm Rogue Trader warrant, the titles, privileges, and responsibilities once held by the late Karfa Von Ulm.
It is the will of this House, in accordance with its ancient compacts and the binding oaths sworn before the God-Emperor, that Victor Hadrianus Von Ulm shall assume full authority and command over the dynasty’s Secutor-Class Light-cruiser, Ignis Aeternus, and all subsidiary vessels attached to its flotilla. He shall exercise dominion over its officers, armsmen, and resources, ensuring the continued prosperity of House Von Ulm and the unshakable loyalty of its fleet to the Imperium.
Let it be known that any who oppose this rightful succession act against the sanctity of House Von Ulm’s divine inheritance and shall be considered rebellious usurpers and enemies of both lineage and throne. Such treason shall be met with the fullest force of retribution.
